The High Road Construction Careers grant funded by SB1 is a completely free program to help get you started in your construction career. The program includes incentives like transportation assistance and things like help purchasing clothes, boots, and tools.

The program aims to place pre-apprentice students directly into well-paid employment and apprenticeship opportunities in the construction field upon completion.
