High Road Construction Careers is a completely free training program to help kick start your construction career. The program aims to place pre-apprentice students directly into well-paid employment and apprenticeship opportunities in the construction field upon completion.

Graduates will receive:

  • $2,500 in bonus incentives
    • $1,000 for completing the course
    • Up to $1,000 for employment
    • Up to $500 toward tools and equipment
  • Nationally Recognized MC3 Credential
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • CPR & First-Aid Training
  • Hands-on Experience

This program is part of the California Workforce Development Board’s High Road Construction Careers, which is funded through SB1, a statewide initiative that puts dollars to work to advance careers in the building and construction trades as a reliable pathway to the middle class for disadvantaged Californians via multi-craft pre-apprenticeship training.
