Hiring can pay for itself

On-the-Job Training (OJT) provides a wage reimbursement to employers to help offset the costs associated with training newly hired employees. You may receive up to 75% of an employee’s gross wages during the training period.

We can also provide hiring assistance to help you recruit the right candidates!

Employers who are ready to hire new employees for permanent positions are encouraged to inquire about this program. Contact our business services representative to get started.
