New World of Work – 21st Century Job Skills: Session One: Adaptability and Empathy
The world of work is changing. Do you have the skills to succeed? The skills of today go by many names like employability skills, competencies, and soft skills. This class will provide the knowledge, work habits, and character traits that are necessary to succeed in this rapidly changing world.
Set the stage for the new, global nature of work with emphasis on attentive listening and being able to understand others. You must register to attend this class.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PSA CLASSES AND COVID-19: This class will be offered online only. You must have a computer/laptop/Chromebook with a camera, microphone, and reliable internet access to participate. Your instructor will contact you via email approximately 48 hours prior to the first class session to provide you with instructions on how to access the course.
