Building High Performance Teams

Leaders spend most of their time focused on improving their teams. They want their teams to perform better,
innovate more, resolve conflict, and independently solve any problems that emerge. This training focuses how to
utilize strengths on teams and in the workplace. Participants will be given practical tools to develop team trust and
develop their leadership style, improve organizations performance; appreciate the value and recognize the role of
strengths-based leadership; and understand the motivations of individuals you lead.
