Workforce Development Symposium & Job Fair
The Health Education Council is having their 3rd annual workforce development symposium. This year’s theme, “Rooted & Rising: Connecting Purpose, Workforce & Wellness,” will focus on the impact of disconnection and explore partnerships and solutions that help create a workforce that works for everyone.
Following the symposium will be a job fair. The job fair will feature more than 40 organizations, many of which are actively hiring open positions or enrolling participants in work readiness programs.
In addition, attendees will have access to workshops and drop-in services designed to support job seekers, including resume assistance, information about resources for job applicants with disabilities, and other career development services.
