Tax Technician:
Salary: $3,130 – $4,428 per Month

Tax Technician positions exist throughout the Franchise Tax Board (FTB), primarily in customer service roles within our call centers. In the Filing Division, Tax Technicians respond to taxpayers with general and complex tax questions by utilizing critical thinking, customer service, technical and analytical skills.
