Golden Sierra Job Training Agency has been changing the lives of job seekers and supporting small businesses since 1983.
As an agency, we administer publicly-funded workforce development programs for Placer, El Dorado, and Alpine Counties. Over our forty-year history, we have invested more than 150 million dollars into the region. These investments provide career counseling, paid internships, training scholarships, and employment services to individuals, as well as hiring assistance, financial incentives, and employee training to small businesses.
