Mock Interviews

Placer School for Adults – 6017103:
You have created an impressive resume and cover letter, attended the interview workshop, and now it’s time for you to put your interviewing skills to the test. But there’s a twist! You will be grouped into panels of 3-4 as the interviewers. Your panel will be given a fictitious job description and questions to ask your interviewees. As a panel, you will interview 3-4 individuals who are competing for the job and you must decide who to hire. Once the interviews are concluded, you will debrief with the instructor regarding your hiring/non-hiring selection.
