The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) are looking to help bring more visibility to job opportunities with the State of California and provide education on the state application process!
We can:
- Provide education on navigating the state application process, which can be overwhelming for many first-time applicants.
- Share exciting job openings.
- Offer direct access to our Rapid Hire process, which allows job seekers to bypass many traditional steps, such as tests and statements of qualifications, and potentially secure interviews more quickly.
We believe this will be beneficial, helping you get your foot in the door with the State of California.
